****OUR CANCELLATION POLICY****
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 2 days' notice are subject to a minimum $55 reschedule fee. No Shows or Same Day Cancellations: While hopefully, this never happens as we do confirm appointments 5 days prior as a courtesy, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service and/or request the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments. **Voucher Customers** Please be aware that we may redeem your voucher in the absence of a cash or credit card deposit in order to hold/guarantee your appointment. Please follow cancellation policies to ensure a cancellation fee is not put against your voucher.

Refund Eligibility:
This policy only applies to services rendered at our MedSpa. Products purchased from our location are governed by our separate product return policy.
- Store Credit Policy:
- Refunds for services will be provided in the form of store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or credit card reimbursements.
- Store credit can be used towards any future services or products available at our MedSpa.
- Requesting a Refund:
- To request store credit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of your original service date.
- All requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Conditions for Store Credit:
- Store credit is only available for services that did not meet your expectations or were not rendered as promised.
- Store credit is not applicable to services that were refused or canceled on the day of the appointment.
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services may be non-refundable, including promotional offers, packages, or special discounts. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
- Expiration of Store Credit:
- Store credit will expire one year from the issue date. Please ensure to use your credit within this period.

*NOTICE ON MEMBERSHIP POINTS*
- Earned points must be used within 30 days of cancellation. Any remaining points will be applied to a pre-booked Ultherapy appointment within 11 months of member cancellation.
